Just wanted to say thank you very much for getting the Warwick hen house here on Friday as originally planned and not today as we were advised.
We really appreciate the effort you went to following my email to you.  My husband assembled it there and then (before a night shift!) and the chicks moved in Friday night!
The house is fab and we are really pleased, as we are with the superb service. We shall definitely recommend you to others.

Dear Manager of Alfresco Living, 

I had to email to praise the most efficient service I think that I have ever received. I telephoned to place an order on Friday 4th June at about 1pm - I ordered the copper antigua garden furniture at a price of £470 (which is superb quality & such lovely colour). The lady who dealt with my call was extremely friendly & very helpful when I placed the order. Within 10 minutes my order was placed & I enquired as to when this could be delivered, I was told within 72 hrs. I asked whether I could pay for a Saturday delivery which was arranged for 12th June. I was put on hold for approx 2 mins & was delighted to be informed by the same lady that actually my order could be delivered on 5th June. I couldn't believe it. Such service. I didn't expect to recieve my furniture on that day, but true to your word my garden furniture arrived before 3pm on Saturday 5th June almost 24hrs within placing the order. I have been so impressed that I cannot stop thinking about this service - it is a real credit to you as a company & I truly thank you again.

We ordered a trampoline from another site last week and were badly misled and let down. My wife subsequently contacted yourselves and spoke to Jackie (Jacqui?) to see whether you could supply and deliver everything we'd wanted before the weekend. This was on Thursday afternoon. Jackie was fantastic. Everything she promised she would do, she did, the result being that we had the trampoline up and ready on Friday night, ready for a party we were holding on the Saturday. Happy, tired kids and happy Mums and Dads! Great stuff and we both just wanted to say thanks very much indeed. A really good trampoline and REALLY good service. Everyone's happy!
