Dear Petpads,

It has been a complete pleasure dealing with your company, from placing my order with the friendly and helpful lady on the telephone, to receiving the item, when promised. Thank you for the phone call updating me on the delivery date and for the email advising me that the chicken coop had been dispatched. This kind of considerate customer care is almost unheard of today.

I am a complete novice when it comes to assembling flat-packed items but I found the instructions clear, problem-free and very simple to follow.  It did take me a little longer than had been suggested to build the coop, but that was fine as I actually enjoyed doing it! I was also regularly interrupted by my two labradors and a terrier who all thought they knew better and insisted on helping.

The Suffolk Coop is very well made and finished, and the quality of the materials etc is excellent.

I'm really pleased and cannot wait to collect my five "young ladies" who will be taking up residence in it at the weekend.

Many thanks for the invoice. I just wanted to say how impressed we were with the speedy delivery of the trampoline - in fact, amazed! Milly's birthday is not until 13 April so we've had to store it in the garage until then but have told all my friends about your site!

Further to our chat on the phone earlier today, I wanted to put in writing how impressed I have been by your company and the service I have received from you.

After having trouble placing my order through your website, being able to talk to someone at 9 pm was super.  The lady I spoke to said she would get someone to call me in the morning and it happened!!

I ordered my Hereford chicken coop with you last Tuesday morning and it arrived at 7.45 am on Wednesday morning. Brilliant.  The Tuffnells driver was terrific and took the boxes into the back garden for me.

I have unpacked the coop (not built it yet, as where it is going isn't ready yet) but it looks really good quality.  My neighbour bought the Suffolk from you after I had told him about your site; he put it together yesterday well within the time you stated it would take.  They are delighted with

it and love the finishing touches (like the heart shaped catches!)  It looks lovely and his chickens are well impressed!
