Step 1: Our automated order processing system informs the customer of the status of their order, from inital order placement to despatch.

Step 2: We hold stock of ALL of our products in our 20,000 sq ft warehouse and this enables us to deliver FAST and DIRECT to the customer. 

Step 3: We are able to deliver to the UK and Europe by using a range of dedicated couriers companies and when needed we use two man delivery companies for large specialized items:
